In consideration of the risk of injury or loss while participating in Roadside Emergency Services (“Services”) provided by the above-named Roadside Assistance Company, and in consideration for the right of said Services, I hereby knowingly and voluntarily release, waive indemnify, hold harmless, and forever discharge Riggs Roadside, LLC, its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns, for any and all claims, of whatever nature, known or unknown, whether in tort, ordinary negligence, contract, common law, statute, equity, or otherwise. This “Waiver and Release” includes, but is not limited to, damages claimed by me or someone on my behalf, for injuries or damages related to my person or my vehicle, costs incurred related to delays, loss of time, or inconvenience, and damages related to personal injury or death, property damage, punitive damages, emotional damages, special damages, incidental or consequential damages, and all other types of damages, and I specifically waive my right to claim any such damages. I also agree to hold harmless, indemnify, and reimburse Riggs Roadside, LLC for any reasonable attorney’s fees it incurs in the enforcement of this “Waiver and Release” or in the defense of a claim brought by me or someone on my behalf.
By signing below, I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand this “Waiver and Release” and that I voluntarily and of my own free will agree to be bound by its terms.
