I understand that, in requesting and receiving emergency roadside assistance, that I may be near busy roads or moving automobiles while services are being rendered. In consideration for receiving roadside emergency services (“Services”) from Riggs Roadside of SC, LLC (“Company”), I (also referred to as customer) hereby knowingly and voluntarily release, waive, indemnify, hold harmless, and forever discharge Company, its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns, for any and all claims or causes of action, of whatever nature, known or unknown, whether in tort, ordinary negligence, contract, common law, statute, equity, or otherwise incurred as a result of receiving Services from Company. This “Waiver and Release” includes, but is not limited to, damages claimed by me or someone on my behalf, for injuries or damages related to my person or my vehicle, costs incurred related to delays, loss of time, or inconvenience, and damages related to personal injury or death, property damage, punitive damages, emotional damages, special damages, incidental or consequential damages, and I specifically waive my right to claim any such damages. I also agree to hold harmless, indemnify, and reimburse Company for any out of pocket costs and reasonable attorney’s fees it incurs in the enforcement of this “Waiver and Release” or in the defense of a claim brought by me or someone on my behalf.
Payment Policy
As part of payment for the Services, I agree to accept the cost of labor, shop supplies, parts, fuel (including gas and diesel), service fees, tires, batteries and wait time if I take longer than five minutes to my vehicle after Company has arrived, as this leaves the service provider waiting to provide service when they could be attending to other jobs.
NOTE: if a customer cancels a service appointment within 5 minutes or more of making the request, there will be a $45 cancellation fee (GOA Fee).
By signing below, I authorize Company to use and to process my form of payment for payment of the Services, which may include debit card, credit card, membership card, Cashapp, Zelle and/or Paypal.
